Chef Matthew Wasson has the combined experience of working in fine dining professional kitchens and also traveling and working abroad in Europe. He came to realize his love of food could bring a connection back to people and food. This connected experience is lost in the moments a dish leaves a restaurant kitchen and is placed on a patron’s table.

Matthew decided to start The Tailored Night. In each event, he creates an experience that pairs people together with food they love.
